Coverage Eligibility
Coverage applies only to enrolled appliances and enrolled members. Coverage is non-transferable and subject to verification at the time of service.
Term & Renewal
All coverage plans are offered on a twelve (12) month term and renew annually unless canceled in accordance with the plan’s cancellation provisions.
Cancellation
All coverage plans are offered on a twelve (12) month term. Coverage may be canceled at the end of the twelve (12) month coverage term by submitting a cancellation request through the Company’s designated cancellation method at least thirty (30) days prior to the plan’s expiration date. Enrollment fees and fees already paid are non-refundable. Coverage remains active through the end of the applicable coverage term. Failure to submit a cancellation request within the required notice period will result in automatic renewal for the subsequent coverage term.
Accepted Cancellation Method
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the Company’s website contact form. Cancellation requests are effective upon receipt and confirmation by the Company.
Covered Services
Covered services vary by plan level and may include, but are not limited to:
Repairs and maintenance of enrolled appliances
Relines and adjustments, as applicable by plan
Replacement benefits, where applicable

Replacement Benefits
Replacement benefits, if included, are subject to plan-specific eligibility requirements, limitations and coverage year restrictions. Replacement coverage applies only when an enrolled appliance is determined to be irreparable.
Limitations & Exclusions
Coverage is subject to all applicable plan terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions and procedures. Certain components, materials, conditions or types of damage may be excluded from coverage. Coverage applies only to enrolled appliances.
Procedures & Claims
All service requests must follow established plan procedures. Required documentation, appliance return and eligibility verification may be required prior to approval of any covered service. Failure to follow required procedures may result in denial or delay of coverage.
Policy Updates
Plan terms, conditions, procedures and policies may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page and will govern all coverage.
